Michelle Albertus
About Michelle
Michelle is a United States Dressage Federation Bronze and Silver Medalist with more than 40 years of riding experience. She has competed successfully through all of the USDF National levels, as well as Internationally through the FEI Intermediate I level. Michelle learned to ride starting in elementary school. She pursued Eventing as a young rider growing up in Colorado before focusing on Dressage.
Michelle aspires to make horsemanship and Dressage approachable and understandable for everyone, with an emphasis on cooperation, confidence and safety built on a well-rounded equestrian education. Her clients become friends, and the horses in her care are cherished. Michelle trains regularly with USDF Gold Medalist Heather Kennedy.
Boarding & Training
Michelle operates a full service boarding and training program at Sterling Farms in Vista, California in north San Diego county. Sterling Farms is a beautiful, peaceful farm with a gorgeous mirrored full court Dressage arena, spacious stalls, generous turnout, and a skilled, experienced staff. Haul-in clients are welcome. Lessons are generous in time and expertise, offered in a friendly and welcoming environment. You will work on the basics, build confidence, and learn the dressage training scale. Horses
